Shortly after Clinco discovered The Great Hot Sauce Book from author Jennifer Trainer Thompson, blowing his mind and opening his eyes to the global hot sauce industry, sparking a lifelong journey to seek out the unique, the exotic, and the downright scorching from literally every corner of the planet.
